I just asked my kid to get his hands out of his pants. Again. For the 379th time today. I have asked his sister the same thing, approximately half as many times as well. They are 5 and 3. Where do we go from here?! Or, more importantly, how did I get here?!
I was just noticing that I haven't sat down and eaten dinner, without interruption, in nine months or so! No surprise that I get up more for the three-year-old than the baby. By the way, he hasn't discovered "down his pants" yet, but I've been told it will definitely happen one day. Parenting a boy after a girl is more complicated for me.
Yikes! Isn't it funny how we come last these days? I'll keep my fingers crossed that your son skips right over the "hands down the pants" stage.
Ha, I've been wondering where my "life" went a lot recently. With two young kids it's easy to lose track of yourself in the midst of the mess.
Love the silver lining, by the way, so funny! My son is 16 months so it's only a matter of time.

Too easy, when we're so focused on tiny humans!
Hahaha love your silver lining!
Thanks, Sarah! It could always be worse, right?
